“My name is Petar. I have been using MCWA services, Social Groups and Home Care,  for many years now and in particular I have had a Support Worker coming few times a week. Her name is V. B. I’m very pleased to have an intelligent and gifted Support Worker to provide care for me. V.B. is always polite and whatever she is doing she does with a passion and nothing is hard for her. She comes always on time. V.B takes me to the doctor’s apportionments. She cares so much that on one occasion the staff at the clinic thought that she was my daughter by the level of care she has.

When V.B is with me, my daughter can have peace of mind at work because she knows that everything will be fine and that I am in safe hands.

V.B always has a good word to say to me.

In all my interactions with MCWA staff, I have felt the same that they care about me and really want to help.

The Social Groups that I attend are also fun and well structured. We can have good food and get out of the house with lovely people and do some entertaining activities. The little things make a big difference to me and MCWA people are thoughtful in this regard.
